DAS North America engaged Auctus’ and Porter Properties’ affiliate, Metter Investment Partners, as its developer in July 2023. In less than 3 months, the Auburn, AL-based team secured land and incentives for the project and mobilized for construction in October. The project finished ahead of schedule and holds the record as the fastest delivered industrial project in Georgia history! [1] DAS will use the facility to manufacture seat frames to serve the new Hyundai EV plant.
